When I started this blog over a year ago, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. I knew I enjoyed writing and journaling, and after reading several blogs I decided to take a leap. I enjoyed blogging so much that I wasn’t concerned whether or not anyone was reading. Sure I had some page views and a few comments here and there, but nothing compared to what I have now.
It wasn’t until I decided to participate in the SITS Girls Fall Blogging challenge that I got a taste of the time and commitment involved in posting consistently and engaging and connecting with my readers. I thought to myself, what in the word have I gotten myself into. But that was the catalyst that breathed new life in to my blog. It was then my readership began to grow and since then I’ve actually established quite a few wonderful friendships with people who I’ve never met.
Once again, I’m participating in another blog challenge sponsored by Joi from Rx Fitness Lady. Today’s prompt is to write a letter to my readers; how to use my blog.
First, I want to say Thank You to readers like you who continually support this blog. Thank you to those who read and comment on the blog, Facebook or Twitter. Thanks to those of you who migrated with me when I moved from Blogspot to this self hosted Word Press site. Thanks even to those who read and never say a word, I feel your support. If something you’ve read answered a question for you, inspired or encouraged you in any way, I’m grateful. If something triggered additional questions or concerns, I want to hear from you. Please feel free to contact me.
Everything I write about falls into one of the categories listed at the top of my blog. If you want to know more about this blog, click on the ABOUT tab. But if you want to know a little more about the person behind the blog…yours’ truly, click the drop down tab (A Bit About Me) found under the “about” tab.
Many of you know that I’m a Chiropractic Physician. I’ve posted a little about my profession and the work I do in the Hope Chiropractic Tab under the Health and Wellness Category. In addition to sharing my experience, I’d like you to be able to use this blog as a resource for finding encouragement, inspiration and tips for health, running and parenting.
Do you have any suggestions for me to improve this blog? Is there a specific topic that you’d like to read more about?
